Shop Update – December 2025

Texas treated us tome some true southern hospitality. Our group of 12 had a bit of everything while enjoying our time on the gulf coast. From glass water to gusting 30 + knots. From sunshine blue bird days to cold fronts that stirred the fish up. We were happy to experience days on the water where the fish rewarded even the silliest of flies (including our favorite iguana) and other days where Redfish behavior kept you guessing. These fish are true fun. You can watch them so close in some of the clearest water the gulf can offer. Back at the lodge our Bay Flats crew took the best care of us. Homemade warm cookies, huge cuts of tender meat, SALTY guides that know there stuff and an amazing first for the AZ Fly Shop team.
